When I was at school I didn’t received proper education and it has affected me in life as I haven’t been able to get a job. I feel I wasn’t properly assesses and they just put me in the low set to do a subject called Asdan which was a waste of time and money. I used the colours of the school’s logo. I want to stress I’m not having a go at the care side of the school, I’m just saying the education wasn’t up to starch at all.

In social situations I feel like I’m out of the circle because I think people find it difficult to interact with me. This can make me feel I’m boarding to people. As you can see I reparent this feeling by painting the first half of the canvas in lots of colours and on the second half there’s a big slog reparenting me.

As a wheelchair user I find it very frustrating when I go and visit a public venue and they don’t have wheelchair access. It makes me feel unwelcomed and demoralised.
I mixed different colours for the background to make it stand out more and I made stencils to paint the stairs and the wheel of my wheelchair.

When I was a child my family and I used to go to South of France for our holidays. I loved going to the beach, I used to sit in the sand and dig holes all day to see if I can find anything.

I am working on a project about my favourite woodlands and parks in London. One of my favourite parks is Marble Hill in Twickenham, there's one tree in there which looks fantastic because it's so big and when the sun is shining onto it it looks beautiful.

I made a stencil out of card to create this piece and used different shades of green and kept on laying it until I was happy with the end result.

When I was painting this I was angry so I decided to paint something that looked like I was frustrated. You know the saying "I just saw red" that is why I used red in this painting.

This is my truncation of one of my favourite bands called the Manic Street Preachers, I have been a massive fan of theirs for years so I decided to create this painting to show people just how much I am a fan of theirs.

As you can see I used stencils out of Acid paper to create two parts of the painting which are the Street and the Preachers and for the Manic part I use my splashes technique.

All of my life I have been suffering from Asthma, I was in and out of hospital with it when I was younger. This painting is my portrayal of what Asthma looks and feels like when it attacks your lungs. I used green and yellow for the asthma itself and once again I used a stencil to paint the lungs.

As part of my disability I have commutation problems, this has affected my life because I find it very frustrating to commutate with people, especially if it’s someone who I don’t know and they ask me a question. It feels like a barrier just appears because I can’t answer them. This painting is a representation of the difficulties I face everyday.

This is a painting of a sport called Boccia that I play. It was designed for disabled people to play in sport halls and its like the French game Petanque. I have just received my new equipment that I use to play Boccia with and that is what inspired me to paint this piece.
